UPDATE (2-stars): This worked for exactly one week. It was super cute when we got it especially in the dark. Unfortunately, it just didn’t last. As noted it was very hard to get the batteries in but I was willing to live with it initially… (but not if I had to change the batteries every week). Don’t waste your money and the level of effort in finding just the right screwdriver and getting the batteries in it. At the price, it wasn’t too bad even if it broke quickly but the level of effort…

I ended up buying two of these things. The first lasted maybe a week or two tops before it crapped out and would no longer work even with fresh batteries. My little one enjoyed the fountain so I went ahead and got her another one because it was so cheap. The second one didn’t fare much better and in the end also found it’s way to the trash can.

I’ve had great experiences with the munchkin toys and my kids needed a new bath toy. They LOVED the munchkin faucet thingy so I thought I’d get them this.
After fighting with the dumb thing for an hour to get the batteries in correctly and get it to turn on, it only worked for a minute before crapping out and just producing a tiny little dribble! This is our second time purchasing it. I think the first one lasted 6 months. Worth it for the price & my son likes the lights. It has a blue light in the middle which the water sprays out of & it also spins around.

At first I was so excited to get this bath toy for my little one, turnt it on (before putting it in water) and it was absolutely fine, placed it in water……. it worked for a couple of seconds and then that was it, Hasn’t been working since.
I don’t really like writing bad reviews but this one was really needed being disappointed is an understatement I would never buy this again or recommend as it was a waste of time and money.

Only good for a few uses. Bought two and one broke at the end of its battery life and nothing would bring it back. The second only lasted two battery cycles and after that it barely worked even with new batteries. If they didn’t stop working, they would be great.

If I could give this review no stars I would. I purchased one at the store and it didn’t work so I returned it. I purchased one on Amazon and it didn’t work so I asked for a replacement. I received the replacement and it doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money or time on this product. It’s junk.

I bought this for my 10 month old son. He loved it. It lights up and squirts water out of the top like a fountain. It was very funny to watch him. He’d put his head down toward it and look surprised when he would get sprayed in the face, or he’d try to pick it up to drink the water, not realizing the toy pulls the water from underneath (so does not spray unless in water). It is a really cute little bath toy and definitely worth the price.

If I could give this toy zero stars, I would. The first one arrived and I put new batteries in it and it wouldn’t power on. To make sure my batteries weren’t faulty, I put another set of batteries in. The toy still wouldn’t power on. A replacement toy was quickly shipped out by Amazon. The replacement toy powered on when the power button was pushed- but it got STUCK! The only way of getting the power button out to power it off was with a small screwdriver!

I didn’t really have very high hopes for this bath toy, but I was pleasantly surprised. It doesn’t come with batteries (takes 3 AAAs), and you need a screwdriver to put them in, but once it’s up an running it’s pretty good. There is an on/off switch on one of the arms and the centre flashes blue and squirts water about 5 or 6 inches into the air. It doesn’t make much of a noise (no music and the motor is very quiet) and it only squirts water when in contact with the bath water – it doesn’t…
