I love that these are easier to clean. I wish I had known about mold in bath toys before my son was born. It seems like all I got for my baby shower was bath toys, and I didn’t think anything of it until I started to see those thin, black strands floating in the tub. Then I realized how much was actually in the toys. And, of course, this was when my son had already developed an attachment to them, so it broke both of our hearts to throw them out. The only complaint I have about these toys is…

These are a great solution to a gross problem. We had other bath time squirters but they got full of the dreaded black flakes within a few weeks. These however have been in use for about a month now and no flakes because they dry completely between bath time. I wish these had existed for my first born, but I’m happy to have them now! Baby loves them, and I love them. So cute and the baby loves taking them apart and putting them back together, but he loves shooting the water out most of all.

We recently had to throw out a bunch of bath toys because of mold, so I went looking for mold-free replacements. I thought we’d have to skip the squirt toys but came across these and decided to give them a try.
They’re great! Yes, they leak a little at the seam when you squirt them (though squeezing from the top and bottom rather than the sides helps), but I’ll gladly take that over having to worry about mold. My 16 month old has also enjoyed pulling them apart and putting them back together,…

My children have had too many bath toys fill get mildew or some other scuzz so I thought I would give these a try. They open up so that you can wash them and that feature works just great. However, my kids don’t play with them. If your kid wants to squeeze them to give a squirt of water, they are likely to squeeze it apart. It addition to their limits as a squirt toy, their shapes are boring, all the same capsule shape. My one kid found it interesting to put the top of one with the bottom of…

These are great. Our standard bath toys from when my first was little were really moldy. It grossed me out even buying something that I knew would get moldy. I honestly don’t see how those squirt toys from Target or Walmart are even allowed to be sold! If mild grows in there, and then the kids play with it and squirt water out, well then they’re bathing in mold. So gross. These will get mildew inside of you don’t take them apart after use. But taking them apart is a cinch, and you could…

The concept is wonderful in that the insides can dry out so you aren’t giving your kid moldy bath toys. Trying to use them as actual squirt toys is kind of a fail, which is very disappointing. The seam comes open a bit making it difficult to squirt water out. They are better toys if not used as intended— they float pretty well and are colorful.

I love that these are easy to clean and will not result in more landfill, as so many other bath toys have upon becoming moldy. They’re very cute and fun. The only drawback is that they tend to break apart when filling and squirting them (basically any time you have to squeeze them). You can work around it as an adult, but it’s harder for little hands to keep the halves together while playing. Definitely better suited for the toddler crowd than for infants.

Even my picky husband said these were great! We are constantly throwing out moldy squirt toys only for the toddler to find in the garbage (under everything) with his suddenly keen eyes! 8 month old loves being squirt with them and kicking them around. Worth it. Would love more creatures/characters.
